I have been coaching individuals and groups on healthy lifestyles, behavior change, and habit maintenance for over 8 years.  In that time, I have helped many people, just like you, make their health and well-being dreams become reality through creating a clear vision of their ultimate health and breaking through road blocks that stand in the way of success.

My approach to healthy living is all about creating dynamic well-being without restriction or deprivation.

I believe that healthy living doesn’t have to be complicated.  My coaching strategy helps you create and stick to a simple, yet significant action plan that will empower you to take control of your health and well-being and produce massive success in the achievement of your goals.

Professional Bio

With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Health,  a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and a Health Coach certification, I combine my education, training, and experience to provide a uniquely personalized experience for each one of my clients.  I work to empower my clients through simple and straightforward guidance, allowing them to bring their health and well-being goals to life.

I have experience working with a variety of individuals with a variety of health and well-being goals, but I specialize in:

Tennis player.  I’ve been playing tennis since I was 7 years old.

Mother of cats.  I share my home with three wonderfully sweet and silly little buddies, who occasionally make an appearance in my video chats.
