I was one of those people who got really excited to try an exercise program and would stick with it for about a week before taking a “one day break” that would last a month

I pinned ALL the clean eating meal plans to my “Healthy Eating” Pinterest board with hopes of having a week of successful healthy eating.  Honestly, 98% of those recipes have still never been made.

My cupboard was full of the “magic” water bottles that were supposed to inspire me to drink more water.  In reality, I would take a few sips, then carry a 3/4 full water bottle around with me all day.

Over the years, I have learned how to crack the code of maintaining healthy habits.  I’ve been able to see what works for me and stop trying to do the things that didn’t.  I’ve been able to tune out the noise of the ever-changing health industry, and confidently, consistently create healthy habits that allowed me to take massive action toward achieving my health and well-being goals.
