Hi, I’m Laura!  I’m a health coach helping people who struggle to maintain health habits take back control of their mind and body so they can optimize their life through healthy changes in lifestyle and food.

Change is hard and consistently living a healthy lifestyle can be challenge, but it doesn’t have to be that way. 

Like you, I have known the importance of healthy habits for optimal living for a long time.  Your parents told you to eat your veggies to grow big and strong too, right?  

The truth is, we all know WHAT we need to do to be healthy, but the HOW is the difficult part. 

I’ve been there, tried that when it comes to maintaining healthy habits.

I was one of those people who got really excited to try an exercise program and would stick with it for about 3 days before taking a “one day break” that would last 3 months. 

I would pin ALL the clean eating meal plans to my “Healthy Eating” Pinterest board to set me up for a week of successful eating… 98% of those recipes have still never been made.

I bought the fancy new water bottle to inspire me to drink more water, only to have it sit ¾ full on the table right next to me.

This was me until I figured out how to crack the code of maintaining healthy habits.  I was able to see what worked for me and stop trying to do the things that didn’t.  I was able to tune out the noise of the ever-changing health industry, and confidently, consistently create healthy habits that allowed me to take massive action and see massive transformation in my own health and well-being.
